Habio feeding Glucose Oxidase is produced by pnotatum with progressive submerged fermentation technology and variety of post-processing techniques. This product has high and stable enzyme activity, can effectively play the role of health care and disease prevention.
Definition Of Enzyme Activity:One unit (U) of Glucose Oxidase is defined as the quantity of enzymes required to liberate 0.1 μg hydrogen peroxideevery minutefrom β-D- glucose at 37℃ and pH 6.
